Frank Hansen is a performing arts professional, business coach and industry mentor with more than 30 years' experience across performance, education, artist representation and business leadership.
A graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Frank began his career as a professional actor before moving into performer training, artist management and talent representation. After working as a senior talent agent, he founded a management company where he spent more than a decade representing and developing professional actors and creative artists.
Working on both sides of the industry gave Frank a unique perspective on what separates artistic potential from sustainable professional practice. That experience led to the creation of IMPACT Performance.
Now an ICF-accredited coach, Frank brings together industry expertise, business coaching, career development, professional leadership and performance psychology to help performers become more confident, commercially aware, self-directed and professionally capable.
